The Complete Setup
Your entire front end, built and running
Website, CRM, automations, chatbot, email, ads, branding, hosting. One team, one number to ring, and a business that is taking enquiries instead of waiting on five suppliers.
You focus on operating the business and looking after clients. We handle everything in front of that.
Price on application — scoped per business, because not everyone needs all of it.
Starting a business, or relaunching one, normally means assembling a web developer, a designer, an SEO, a paid-ads agency, a CRM consultant and an automation specialist — then project-managing all six yourself while trying to actually trade.
The handovers are where it fails. The developer blames the marketer, the CRM consultant blames the developer, and the enquiries you were promised never arrive because nobody owned the whole thing.
HDC covers development, marketing, CRM, integration and process design in one team, so the whole front end is designed as a single system and there is nobody to point at but us.

Questions
What is The Complete Setup?
The entire front end of a business, built and wired together by one team: website, hosting and domain, branding and graphics, SEO and GEO, a CRM configured around your pipeline, the automations that handle your admin, an AI chatbot, email marketing, and Google and Meta ads set up and tracked. The point is that it arrives working as one system rather than as five suppliers who each blame the others.
How much does it cost?
Price on application, because the scope genuinely varies. Some businesses already have branding, some have software that needs integrating rather than replacing, some want ads from day one and some want organic only. We scope it, price it, and you see the number before anything starts. A headline price we would not honour helps nobody.
Who is it for?
Two groups, mostly. New businesses and investors who want to be operating and generating enquiries quickly rather than spending six months assembling suppliers. And established businesses that have a website but no system behind it, where every enquiry is still handled by hand. The second group usually takes part of the package rather than all of it.
Does it actually generate leads?
Fast Track Leasing runs on this stack and now gets around five enquiries a day from search, with nothing spent on ads, off the back of 400+ pages answering what customers actually search for, and a single form that turns an enquiry into a signed application. That is a real client with a published case study, not a projection. What it does not mean is that every business gets the same result — competitiveness and market size vary, and we will tell you honestly where you sit before you commit.
How long does it take?
The build is typically a few weeks, depending on how much of the stack you need. Organic search takes longer to compound, which is why ads often run alongside it while the content builds. Anyone promising you page-one rankings in a fortnight is either lying or planning to spend your money on ads and call it SEO.
What is GEO, and why does it matter here?
Generative engine optimisation — being findable and quotable by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity, as well as by conventional search. It matters because a growing share of buying research now happens inside an assistant that never shows a list of blue links. The structure that makes a site quotable is not the same as the structure that made it rank in 2019, and we build for both.
Do I have to take the whole thing?
No, and plenty of clients do not. Every component is a service in its own right, and the sensible starting point is a conversation about what you are actually missing. If you already have a decent site and just need the CRM and the automations behind it, that is a smaller job and we will say so.
What happens to it after launch?
It is yours. You own the domain, the site, the CRM data and the ad accounts, which is not universally true in this industry and is worth checking with anyone you speak to. Most clients keep us on for ongoing content, campaigns and development; some take it in-house. Both are fine, and nothing is built to hold you hostage.
