The Complete Setup · Solicitors, finance & advisory firms
Website, CRM & marketing package for professional firms
The whole front end of a regulated firm, built and wired together. Website, CRM, automations, chatbot, email, ads, branding. You do the work.
Price on application. Scoped per business — you see the number before anything starts.
Nobody instructs a firm on impulse. They read three websites, check the regulator, ask someone they trust, and quietly rule two firms out before anyone picks up a phone. Surviving that comparison is a credibility and content problem long before it is a marketing one.
Then the enquiry lands and stalls. Conflict check, ID and source of funds, engagement letter, matter opened — days of it, done by hand, while a client who was ready to instruct starts wondering whether they chose the right firm.

Your CRM
Set up for this industry, not a generic pipeline
- Stages that match a matter: enquiry, conflict check, onboarding, instructed
- Work type and referral source on every record, so you know which work pays
- ID and AML status as a gate rather than a note, so nothing progresses until it clears
- Introducers tracked as relationships, because for most firms they are the pipeline
Integrations
Wired into what you already run
- Your case or practice management system
- ID verification and AML checking, through whichever provider you use
- E-signature for engagement letters and authorities
- Your client portal or secure document exchange
- Time recording and billing
- Accounting and invoicing, with client account left where it belongs
- Google Ads and Meta
- Email marketing
Where a system is genuinely closed, we say so during scoping and build around it.
Or take one piece
You don't have to take all of it
Every part of the package is a service in its own right.

Questions
What is included in a complete website and CRM package for a professional firm?
The whole front end of the firm: a website built for search and AI answer engines, hosting and domain, branding and graphics, a CRM configured around matters and referrers rather than generic sales stages, the automations that carry an enquiry through triage, conflict check, onboarding and matter opening, an AI chatbot for out-of-hours questions, email marketing, and Google and Meta accounts set up and tracked. It is scoped per firm, and anything already working we leave alone.
How much does it cost?
Price on application, and that is not evasion. A two-partner high street practice and a ten-fee-earner firm with three departments and a referral network need different builds, and much of the cost sits in what has to connect to your case management system. We scope it, price it, and you see the number before anything starts. Quoting a headline figure we could not stand behind would be a strange thing for a firm like yours to trust.
How quickly can a firm start getting enquiries?
Legal and financial search is among the most competitive there is, so expect months rather than weeks for organic work. The proof we can point to is Fast Track Leasing: around five enquiries a day from search, with £0 spent on ads to get them, off the back of 400+ pages answering what customers search for. That is a very different market and we would not promise a law firm the same. Where enquiries are needed sooner, paid search runs alongside while the content builds.
Can automation touch conflict checks and AML without creating a compliance problem?
It can, provided it does the collecting and never the deciding. The system gathers ID and source of funds, prompts the conflict search at the right moment, records who ran it and when, and blocks the matter from progressing until someone signs it off. The judgement stays with the fee earner and your MLRO, where the regulator expects it to be. In practice a workflow that timestamps every step is stronger evidence than a partner's recollection.
Will the marketing meet SRA or FCA expectations?
We write to your compliance sign-off rather than around it. Regulated firms have obligations about how services and prices are described, what has to be published, and how financial promotions are handled, and those obligations sit with you, not with us. What we do is build the pages and templates so the required information has a proper home, keep claims defensible, and route everything through your COLP or compliance officer before it goes live. We will not publish copy your compliance lead has not seen.
Do I need a CRM if I already have case management software?
Usually yes, because they cover different ground. Case management runs matters you have already opened: files, deadlines, documents, time. A CRM runs everything before that — the enquiry that came in on Friday night, the person who is comparing three firms, the referrer who sent you four cases last year and none since. Most firms can tell you exactly what is on the files and almost nothing about what they lost. We join the two rather than replace what works.
What does the AI chatbot do for a regulated firm?
It answers process questions, not legal or financial ones. What documents you need to bring, how long a conveyance usually takes, whether you deal with that type of matter, how your fees are structured, what happens after an enquiry. It is trained on your own content and told plainly what it must not do, and anything outside that becomes a captured enquiry with the context attached rather than an answer nobody at the firm approved.
Who actually does the work?
We do, end to end. The reason this is one package rather than five suppliers is that the handovers are where these projects fail: the developer blames the marketer, the CRM consultant blames the developer, and a partner who bills by the hour ends up project-managing all three. HDC covers development, marketing, CRM, integration and process design in one team, so there is one number to ring.
