The Complete Setup · Salons, clinics & wellness practitioners

Website, CRM & marketing package for salons, clinics & practitioners

The whole front end of a salon or clinic, built and wired together. Website, CRM, automations, chatbot, email, ads, branding. You run the diary.

Price on application. Scoped per business — you see the number before anything starts.

This is a diary business. An hour spent playing phone tag is an hour not earning, and the enquiry that arrives at ten at night is only winnable if the site can take a booking without you. Most of this audience is on a phone, deciding on the sofa, and they will book whoever lets them.

The two things that quietly cost the most are no-shows and clients who simply stop coming back. A deposit fixes the first and a rebooking prompt fixes the second, and neither gets fixed while you are stood behind a chair with your hands full.

Questions

What is included in a complete website and CRM package for a salon or clinic?

The whole front end of the business: a website built for search and AI answer engines, hosting and domain, branding and graphics, a CRM configured around treatments, courses and recall intervals rather than generic sales stages, the automations that carry a client from online booking through deposit, consent, appointment, rebooking and recall, an AI chatbot for evening enquiries, email marketing to your own client list, and Google and Meta accounts set up and tracked. It sits alongside your booking system rather than ripping it out.

How much does it cost?

Price on application, and that is honest rather than evasive. A single mobile therapist needs a fraction of what a three-room clinic with courses, memberships and a practitioner team needs, some already have branding and photography worth keeping, and some want ads live immediately because they have chairs to fill. We scope it, price it, and you see the number before anything starts. A headline price we would not honour helps nobody.

How quickly can a salon or clinic start getting bookings?

It depends how much of the stack you need and how competitive your town is. What we can point to is Fast Track Leasing, which now gets around five enquiries a day from search, with £0 spent on ads to get them, off the back of 400+ pages answering what customers search for. That is a different industry and results vary by market, so treat it as evidence the method works rather than a forecast. In practice the quickest wins here are usually the ones that need no new traffic at all: online booking, deposits and rebooking prompts applied to the clients you already have.

Will taking a deposit put clients off booking?

It is the most common worry and rarely the outcome. A small deposit that comes straight off the final bill reads as normal to most clients, particularly for longer appointments, colour work and weekend slots, which are exactly the ones that hurt most when nobody turns up. The practical answer is to apply it where the risk is, not everywhere: new clients, high-value treatments, peak times. It is a setting rather than a principle, and it can be changed once you see how your own clients respond.

Can it handle courses, packages and memberships?

Yes, and it is one of the more useful pieces. A course sold as six sessions is only profitable if the client finishes it, so the CRM tracks sessions used and remaining, prompts the next booking at the right gap, and flags anyone who has stalled halfway through. Memberships and voucher balances work the same way. The point is that you can see, without opening a paper card index, who owes you a visit and who owes you money.

How does it deal with consent forms and patch tests?

Both become part of booking rather than a scramble on the day. Consultation and consent forms go out with the confirmation and are completed before arrival, which means the appointment starts on time and the record is stored properly rather than in a folder behind reception. Where a treatment requires a patch test first, the booking flow holds the appointment until the test is done, so it cannot be skipped by accident. We build the workflow around the process you and your insurer already work to.

Can I advertise all of the treatments I offer?

Not all of them, and that shapes how the site and the ads are written. In the UK, prescription-only treatments cannot be advertised to the public, which catches a lot of clinics out when they write a treatment page or a Meta ad. We build the pages so the clinical services you can talk about carry the search visibility, and the rest is handled through consultation-led routes instead. If anything is borderline, we flag it during scoping rather than after a complaint.

Who actually does the work?

We do, end to end. The reason this is one package rather than five suppliers is that the handovers are where these projects fail: the developer blames the marketer, the CRM consultant blames the developer, and the owner is answering emails between clients trying to keep it moving. HDC covers development, marketing, CRM, integration and process design, so there is one number to ring when a price list changes or a treatment is added.
