The Complete Setup · Farms, agritech & rural business
Website, CRM & marketing package for farms and rural businesses
The whole front end of a farm or rural business, built and wired together. Website, CRM, automations, chatbot, email, ads, branding. You work the land.
Price on application. Scoped per business — you see the number before anything starts.
Agricultural buying is specific. Someone wants forty acres drilled in the second week of September, a pallet of assured lamb, or a machine with a particular spec and hours on it. Those searches are narrow, barely contested, and almost no rural business is set up to catch them.
The second problem is that the year does not wait. A contracting window opens and closes in a fortnight, the box-scheme customer who cancelled in January goes unnoticed until you look, and the assurance paperwork, the quotes and the trade enquiries are living in a phone, a notebook and a folder in the office.

Your CRM
Set up for this industry, not a generic pipeline
- Enquiries split by route: contracting, trade supply, direct-to-public, machinery
- Acreage, hectares or head on the record, because it sets the price
- Field location and travel distance, since an hour each way changes the quote
- Pipeline stages tied to seasonal windows, not generic monthly targets
- Assurance requirements held against the buyer, so trade enquiries filter properly
- Last season's contracting customers surfaced before this one, not after it
Integrations
Wired into what you already run
- Your farm management or field record software
- Livestock, traceability and movement records, wherever you keep them
- Machinery stock and listing feeds, if you sell or hire kit
- Recurring payments for box schemes and subscriptions
- Farm shop tills and online ordering
- Accounting, with trade and retail income kept apart

- Google Ads and Meta
Where a system is genuinely closed, we say so during scoping and build around it.

Questions
What is included in a complete website and CRM package for a farm or rural business?
The whole front end of the business: a website built for search and AI answer engines, hosting and domain, branding and graphics, a CRM configured around contracting, trade supply and direct sales rather than generic stages, the automations that carry an enquiry from quote to season to repeat, an AI chatbot for out-of-hours questions, email marketing, and Google and Meta accounts set up and tracked. It is scoped per business. Rural connectivity is treated as a build constraint, so the site loads from a field gate rather than only from an office.
How much does it cost?
Price on application, and that is not evasion. Scope genuinely varies: a contracting business running four operations needs a different build to a mixed farm with a box scheme, a farm shop and a wholesale line, and an agritech company selling to farmers and investors at the same time needs something different again. We scope it, price it, and you see the number before anything starts. Publishing a headline figure we would not honour helps nobody.
How quickly can a farm or rural business start getting enquiries?
It depends how much of the stack you take and how contested your area is. What we can point to is Fast Track Leasing: around five enquiries a day from search, with £0 spent on ads to get them, off the back of 400+ pages answering what customers search for. That is a different market to agriculture and we would not promise you the same numbers. What does carry across is the method. Agricultural search terms are unusually specific and unusually neglected, so pages that name an operation, a crop and a county face less competition than most. Organic still compounds over months; ads run alongside if you need enquiries before a season.
Can it handle agricultural contracting enquiries properly?
Yes, and it is usually the most valuable form on the site. A contracting quote turns on things a generic enquiry form never asks: the operation, the acreage, the field location, gateway and access, and the window you need it in. We build the form around those, so the enquiry arrives priceable rather than as 'can you give me a ring'. It then sits on its own pipeline with the season attached, so the customer you drilled forty acres for last September gets approached before this September, not during it.
Can one site serve trade buyers and direct-to-public customers?
Yes, and the two should barely meet. A wholesale buyer wants volume, specification, assurance status and lead times. A box-scheme customer wants to know what is in it, when it arrives and how to pause it over Christmas. Serving both from one page and one form makes both worse. We build two routes with their own content, forms and follow-up, and the CRM holds them as separate pipelines. Direct sales usually carry far better margin, and recurring billing for boxes and subscriptions is part of the build rather than a bolt-on.
How does it deal with assurance schemes like Red Tractor or LEAF?
Two ways. On the site, the schemes you genuinely hold are shown where a buyer looks for them, because assured status is a hard filter and a trade buyer who needs it will not enquire without seeing it. In the system, certificates and supporting evidence sit against the record with their expiry dates, and you are prompted before they run out rather than the week the audit is booked. We only ever display marks you actually hold, which in a sector built on traceability should not need saying.
Will it work with the farm software we already use?
Usually. Farm management, field record and accounting packages generally offer an API, an export or at minimum a scheduled file, and where they do we wire straight in. Some older agricultural software is genuinely closed, and some traceability systems are closed deliberately. Where that is the case we say so up front and build around it, normally by making the CRM the front end for enquiries and handing a clean record across. That assessment happens during scoping, not after you have paid.
Does the seasonal calendar change how you work?
It shapes both halves of the job. On the build, photography and copy approval are far easier outside drilling, silage and harvest, so we would rather start at a quiet point in your year than chase sign-off during your busiest fortnight. On the marketing, campaigns are queued against the season instead of running flat all year. The enquiry window for an operation opens and closes quickly, so the pages and the ads need to be live before it opens, not once you notice it has passed.
