Cleaning company website design examples

Two designs you can browse. One live site we built. Pick one and we start there.

Cleaning is a speed game. Someone wants a price, and whoever gives them one first usually gets the job.

What usually goes wrong

No price, anywhere

"Contact us for a quote" loses to the firm showing a number.

Services buried in a paragraph

If they can't see you do it, you don't do it.

Nothing proving you're safe to let in

DBS, insurance, uniforms. Say it before they ask.

Enquiry takes four steps

Every extra field is people leaving.

The brief

What it has to do

A price, or a way to get one fast

Even a rough range beats silence.

Every service on its own page

That's how people search.

Credentials up front

Insured, checked, and who's turning up.

Areas you actually cover

A page per town, not a radius map.

Booking that takes a minute

Not a form that reads like a mortgage application.

Built for a phone

Most of this traffic is standing in the room that needs doing.

Real work, live right now

And here is what we have actually built

Live websites you can click into and use.

Common questions

What should a cleaning company website include?

A fast route to a price, a page for each service you offer, the areas you genuinely cover, and your credentials — insurance, DBS checks, and who actually turns up. Cleaning is bought unusually quickly and unusually trust-led at the same time: people decide in minutes, but they are letting a stranger into their home, so the reassurance has to be visible before they have to go looking for it.

Should a cleaning website show prices?

Yes, in some form. A fixed price, a from-price, or an instant quote calculator all work. The firms that show nothing consistently report more enquiries and worse conversion, because a large share of those enquiries were price-checking and would never have booked. Showing a number filters those out before they cost you time.

How do I get a cleaning or maintenance business found on Google?

Service pages multiplied by location pages, plus a properly maintained Google Business Profile. "End of tenancy cleaning in Telford" is the search that books; "cleaning services" is the search that does not. Reviews matter more in this sector than almost any other, and they need to be real ones you have actually earned.

What is the fastest way to get more enquiries from a cleaning website?

Usually removing steps. Cut the form to the fields you genuinely need, put a phone number that dials with one tap in the header, and make the price route obvious from every page. We have seen more improvement from deleting three form fields than from a redesign.

Do I need a separate page for every service?

If you want to be found for each of them, yes. A single "our services" page will not rank for six different searches, and it also makes each service look like an afterthought. Smarter Clean on this page is six services with six routes in, all feeding one enquiry system.

How do I show my business is trustworthy?

Public liability insurance, DBS checks where relevant, real photos of your actual team rather than stock, and genuine reviews. Never invent a badge or a testimonial — in local trades it gets found out through word of mouth faster than anywhere else, and the damage vastly outweighs the benefit.

How long does a cleaning company website take to build?

A few weeks. It is one of the quicker builds because the structure is well understood — services, areas, proof, quote. The part worth spending time on is the quote flow, because that is where the money is made or lost.
