A senior, full-stack role with a strong design element. We want someone who can take a project from a blank canvas, design it, build the front and back end, integrate it, and ship it, with minimal hand-holding. If you are early in your career this likely is not the fit, but if you are experienced with a genuine eye for design and want long-term, stable work, we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do
- Design and build high-performance websites end to end, concept to deployment
- Create clean, conversion-focused UI in Figma and turn it into pixel-perfect builds
- Front-end in React and Tailwind; back-end APIs, databases, auth and integrations
- Implement technical SEO to a high standard: semantic markup, JSON-LD, Core Web Vitals
- Integrate CRMs, automation, analytics and third-party services (Zapier, webhooks, GA4)
- Build custom WordPress where required, and use AI tools across your workflow
What we look for
- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Advanced React and modern JavaScript, with solid back-end (Node, APIs, databases)
- A genuine design eye, you can design a clean, professional site in Figma
- Strong technical SEO: structured data, Core Web Vitals, performance, indexing
- Strong Tailwind and pixel-perfect, responsive implementation
- A portfolio showing both design quality and technical strength
Nice to have (not essential)
- Vite, Astro, Next.js or headless CMS experience
- Deploying to Cloudflare, Vercel or similar
- Custom WordPress builds (not just page builders)
- Integrating AI assistants/chatbots into client sites, plus CRO
About the role
You will design and build high-performance websites end to end: clean, conversion-focused UI in Figma turned into pixel-perfect React and Tailwind builds, backed by real back-end work, APIs, databases, auth and integrations. You will hold technical SEO to a high standard (semantic markup, JSON-LD, Core Web Vitals), wire up CRMs, analytics and automations, build custom WordPress where a project needs it, and use AI tools to move faster. Fully remote and async-first (we use Teams), with clear briefs, high standards and genuine room to grow.
